This month has been busy with my daughters arriving home from college and plenty of distractions which limited my painting time. I did however find the time to play with a couple of projects. I received a beautiful paper mache nativity from my mother and I decided to paint a background for it. Simple and effective for my statement.

Studio Tour
The Studio Tour was a full weekend of almost 150 visitors and great connections. Many thanks to my husband John for all the work preparing for this event. I am so blessed to have your support! I enjoyed having Mark and Alva Geuss and Vickie Archiveque sharing my studio. We had so much fun doing this together. Next year promises to be even bigger and better!
This commissioned painting I did this year was on display.

Thank you
I want to thank Michele Clark for all the support and assistance on this blog. Hopefully I will get the hang of this and be a pro sooner than I expect. There are several finished paintings that I need to post and I am currently in the process of completing two paintings and I will post them in the next few days. I will certainly appreciate your feedback and encouragement. Blog-away my friends!
